YOGA HIKE BRUNCH
Hiking, Nature, Sisterhood,Food and Fun!
What We Will Do: We will meet in the parking lot for check-in and a safety briefing. After we get to know one another we will begin our gentle yoga class and then on our heart-pumping 3.5 mile hike through the rugged terrain of Boulder George Loop and trails that offer breathtaking views of waterfalls, wild flowers and New York City. Throughout our adventure we will discuss navigation and route finding. Once we reach the top we will take out our journals and reflect on our thoughts on how the challenges of the hike are similar to challenges we experienced this year. Next, take some amazing nature photos and head back down the mountain for lunch on the lawn.

What You will need:
Comfortable(layers), hat, sunscreen, bug spray, water, camera, snacks, hiking boots and signed waiver.

(This is a hike a little above beginner, with some rugged terrain and moderate inclines. Participants must be in GOOD HEALTH)
